We, “Annays” has been running only at Upper East Side area since 2005 and many guests from all over the country have enjoyed their own New York life with us. Now we have 2 different size APTs, each of which can accommodate up to 5 guests in the corner of Central Park, Guggenheim Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art are both within 1.2 miles, on 5 Avenue & Madison Avenue.

When you're ready to call it a day, your smoke-free APT is a welcome retreat. Name branding bedding includes mattresses and duvets. TV comes with many popular channels. Wireless high-speed Internet access is complimentary. Cleaned full open kitchen and coffeemaker help you rise and shine the next morning… So far great! Isn’t it?

We are young couple who have been in New York almost 10 years and tried hard to make each guest houses to be warm, charming and clean so that you will have an attractive and yet uncluttered atmosphere to relax in the end of the long day. We had many complements from our guest it just like home as they have and it makes us to bring more energy to lead and keep our properties. Even better thing is… you feel that our rooms are, in relation to our rate, one of best bargains to be found in all New York City.

The budget-friendly Annays Central Park offers a prime Upper East location just few steps from Central Park and within walking distance of Guggenheim Museum and Metropolitan Museum. If you do a light walking or jogging in every morning, you can feel that you are a REAL NEW YORKER. Managed by young couple, this typical New York style APT has well maintained to be super clean and cozy.

Plenty of room and space
Originally designed as a duplex style APT, Annays Cnetral Park has 2 private rooms and 1 huge lounge which is covered one floor but feel like a lovely guest rooms. They are spacious and include bed, side table, walk-in closets and free W-IFI that is available at anytime. APT has also the own kitchenettes which is fully equipped including refrigerator, microwave, silverware and ding table. Of course having TV, telephone (Free for local), fax (Free for local) in the living room as well. Couple who does not want the dirty and tiny hotel room in NY, Family who need plenty of room for perfect relaxation, any type of group (+2 couples, business traveler) who need the private room but can be all together, everyone would be happy with this APT.

Subway would be good for your trip from our APT. And many bus lines are running for 24 hours along with our 5Avenue. Take M1,2,3,4 on 5Ave to Downtown, you cannot help missing the beautiful central park tree line, museum miles and shopping heaven, 5Avenue at one time! It's just like SAPARI.

Popular walking and running routes include Central Park Drive (closed to traffic during scheduled hours) and the path around the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir. The Loeb Boathouse, on a 20-acre lake, offers rowboat and bicycle rentals.
